Independent Schools
We have cleaned private schools in the tri-state area every school night for years. The work is not complicated. Doing it the same way on the four hundredth night is.
The problem is consistency, not capability
Most cleaning companies can pass a first inspection. The reason schools change vendors is that quality decays after the honeymoon. The good supervisor moves on, coverage slips during a call-out, and by March the building looks nothing like it did in September.
We work against that in two ways. A supervisor walks the building at least twice a week, rather than a dispatcher who calls after a complaint. And your building is staffed by the same crew rather than whoever is free that night, so the people cleaning it in March are the ones who learned it in September.
We work around your calendar, not ours
Independent schools have a rhythm most commercial buildings do not: admissions season, board meetings, parent-teacher conferences, exam weeks, performances, and a summer window where the real work happens.
We build the year around that calendar in advance: deep cleans and floor refinishing into the summer and long breaks, event turnovers scheduled against your actual event list, and reduced coverage during closures so you are not paying for an empty building.
Everyone we send to clean is cleared and on our payroll
Our crews are directly employed, background-checked, and assigned to your building rather than rotated through it. We do not subcontract custodial labor.
That matters more in a school than anywhere else. Clearance is per person and per school system, and it gates who can be deployed. You cannot simply send whoever is free to cover a call-out. We track who is cleared where, and we staff coverage from within your own cleared roster.
What a typical scope covers
- Nightly custodial across classrooms, corridors, offices, and common areas
- Restroom programs with mid-day service checks
- Day porter coverage for lunch periods, events, and spills
- Gymnasium and multipurpose floor programs
- Event turnover for performances, parent-teacher conferences, admissions days
- Summer deep clean: strip and refinish, carpet extraction, high dusting, window cleaning
- Post-event and post-project cleaning
