Where we work

Across the tri-state area, building by building.

We staff nightly and daytime programs across the five boroughs, Long Island, the northern suburbs, northern New Jersey, and Fairfield County.

9 areas

Where we take work.

What we do in each area depends on what is built there. These are the kinds of buildings and the kinds of schedules each one tends to need. Tell us the address and we will tell you plainly whether we can cover it well.

Manhattan

Office floors, institutional buildings, and schools. Most of this work runs after close, inside a service window that has to end before the doors open.

Brooklyn

Schools, community facilities, and mixed commercial buildings. Day porter coverage is common here, where buildings stay busy into the evening.

Queens

Offices and community facilities, including buildings where one crew covers both the cleaning and the light maintenance.

The Bronx

Schools and commercial buildings, including sites where debris removal is part of the scope rather than a separate phone call.

Staten Island

Where the company has been registered since 2012. Offices and schools, with our shortest travel time anywhere.

Long Island

Nassau and Suffolk. Office parks, schools, and post-construction handovers, usually scheduled on a route with nearby sites.

Westchester & Rockland

Corporate offices and private schools north of the city.

Northern New Jersey

Bergen, Hudson, Essex, and Passaic counties. Offices and post-construction cleans.

Connecticut

Fairfield County. Scheduled programs and project work for offices and schools.

How coverage works

Being on the list is not the same as being a good fit.

Coverage follows routes, not a map

A crew that already works two buildings near yours can take a third one well. A single site an hour from anything else is harder to staff at a price either of us would want. Tell us the address and we will tell you plainly which one you are.

A supervisor on site twice a week, wherever you are

A supervisor walks your building at least twice a week. That standard does not change because a building is in Fairfield County instead of Manhattan.

Outside the list is still worth asking

This list is where we staff. It is not a fence. If your building sits outside it, ask anyway, and if we cannot staff it properly we will say so rather than take the contract and hope.

Not sure whether we cover your building?

Send us the address. You will get a straight answer, and a walkthrough within five business days if the answer is yes.
