Who we serve
Every building type has its own rules.
Hours, surfaces, access, and who is allowed inside all change depending on what a building is used for. We scope to the building in front of us, not to a template.

Why buildings stay
The longest of these relationships is about ten years old.
Cleaning contracts turn over constantly, usually because quality decays quietly until somebody finally complains. Three things are why ours do not.
A supervisor on site twice a week
Not a dispatcher who calls after a complaint. A supervisor walks the building at least twice a week, so a problem is found by us rather than reported to us.
You reach the company, not a queue
One number, answered by the people who run the business. Nothing routes through a national call center or a franchise office, which is why answers come back quickly.
