A blocked drain at six in the morning, a door closer that has given up, a light out in a stairwell. Individually trivial; collectively they consume an enormous amount of a school leader's week.
Because we are already in your building every night, most of these get seen and reported before you notice them, and fixed without a separate vendor, a separate quote, and a separate invoice.
We are straight about licensed trades
General repairs, painting, carpentry, and flooring are performed by our own people. HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work is performed by vetted subcontractor partners under our supervision and our insurance.
We say that plainly because the alternative, implying in-house licenses we do not hold, is exactly the kind of thing a procurement office checks and does not forgive.
