Custodial

The nightly work that decides whether a building feels cared for. Done by the same people, in the same building, to a written scope.

Assigned crews, not a rotating pool

Your building is staffed by people who work it regularly. They learn where the problems are: the corridor that always needs a second pass, the door that gets propped, the room the previous vendor kept missing.

When somebody is out, coverage comes from within your own cleared roster wherever possible. In schools that is not a preference, it is a constraint: clearance is per person and per school system, so we cannot simply send whoever is free.

A written scope, specific to your building

Every program is written down before it starts: what gets cleaned, how often, and what sits outside the scope. A generic checklist copied from building to building is how a program drifts, because nobody can point at what was actually agreed.

When something falls outside that scope, we say so and price it, rather than absorbing it quietly and letting the rest of the program slip to pay for it.
